Nice place. There were beautiful tourist spots next to this hotel, for example iwa spa. Thanks, can't wait to go back❤

Patio restaurants allowed smoking. I thought that smoking, even on patios, was banned

The location of the hotel, right at the bottom of the ski slopes, was fabulous. We were able to enjoy the slopes and easily access other attractions in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was courteous and helpful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen in the room.
The elevators were malfunctioning and took a long time to close.

Our apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had a nice view of the pool and the ski hills. We also had a full kitchen which was great. it was spacious enough for our family of 3, and would be great for a family of 4 as well.
Initially the room we were given was a different one.It smelled very strongly of room spray and faced a parking lot. I called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do... and they were very nice and gave us a new room immediately.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is somewhat close to the ski lifts and right at the bottom of the ski slopes. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are well-maintained and come with a king bed, which adds to the comfort. This hotel offers a good value for money, with prices that are reasonable.
No issues to mention, everything was great.

Beautifully designed village, great shops and restaurants. And it's not too far from Toronto! Even though it wasn't ski season, my senior mom and I still strolled the grounds, took the gondola, went into Colligwood and enjoyed ourselves.
Only small complaint, while staying one night at the Inn... I noticed there's a lot of noise from a air conditioning unit that was sooo loud impacting being on the balcony overlooking the hot tubs. Other than that a lovely resort especially the Village suites!

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is right at the bottom of the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for those looking to hit the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing or snowboarding. Additionally, it is close to everything, including the village and other amenities. The staff at this hotel are top-notch. They are friendly, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. Their attentiveness and helpfulness really made our experience at this hotel memorable. The rooms at this hotel are well-equipped and comfortable. We particularly loved the rooms with a king bed, which provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The added bonus of having a balcony in some rooms was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings even more. The breakfast at this hotel was delicious. The variety of options offered, along with the quality of the food, made for a great start to our day. It was the perfect way to fuel up before hitting the slopes or exploring the area.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Everything was okay.

Staff Friendly, Great Location
We had a pretty bad start to our city break with misplaced reservations, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful in fixing the issue. The location was a key selling point for us, as everything was within walking distance and there were plenty of things to see and do in the area. We appreciated the complementary coffee and breakfast in the morning, and the room was fairly clean upon arrival.
The hotel itself was outdated and not very soundproof. We could hear all the noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
